All in all, it is excellent base for staying in Salcombe.

Stayed 1 night and did not want to leave. Really enjoyed pretty much everything, no complaints. It had a magnificent and incredible setting very close to the town centre, restaurants, and Salcombe. The view was fabulous, and we were located easy to get to restraunt beaches etc.

Arrived here to check out some new spots, and this venue was just right for our trip. The room had everything we needed, like an iron, coffee and tea set up, and a TV. The bathroom was stunning and really lovely. 🛁

The room here is great - it has the most amazing views of the bay 🌅. It's so easy to get around to restaurants and beaches from this place, which made our stay really comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Salcombe. the quality was outstanding, with first, class amenities throughout. the view over the estuary was absolutely breathtaking. Helen and Rob, our hosts, were excellent and made us feel right at home. the location was ideal, just above the town, ensuring peace and quiet. the bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful linen and pillows. the towels and dressing gowns provided were lovely, and the shower was excellent. We also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture and the nice balcony with its stunning views. the apartment was well, equipped and immaculately clean. It was only a short 3, minute walk to the harbor and 5 minutes to the town center, yet the area was pleasantly tranquil. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return if we visit Salcombe again. Many thanks to Helen for being such a hospitable host. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.

The apartment at Suncot was absolutely delightful. The view from the living room was breathtaking, and it was so cozy to have a warm cup of tea while enjoying the scenery. The owners were incredibly thoughtful, providing us with all the essentials like milk, teabags, and even some delicious treats. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the bedding, towels, and bathrobes was top-notch. The location was great, just a quick walk from the shops and pubs in town, and a beautiful 20-minute stroll away from North Sands beach. We also appreciated the comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony, where we could enjoy the views. I had a fantastic stay at Suncot Apartment and would highly recommend it to others.

Smooth arrival, excellent location for town and walking routes. Clean with lots of amenities. Host provided washing machine powder. Great quality for a couple with first-class amenities throughout and a view over the estuary. Excellent hosts.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, boasting high-quality bedding, towels, and even cozy bathrobes. The apartment was in mint condition, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including an electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV kept us entertained, and we loved the convenience of free internet access. The location was mind-blowingly perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the bustling harbor and 5 minutes from the town center. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment was surprisingly tranquil. The express check-in/out option made our arrival and departure a breeze. We enjoyed dining on the outdoor terrace, and even though we didn't need them, it was great to know that cots were available. We appreciated the no-pets allowed policy and the fact that there was no smoking on site. Lastly, having a parking space was a fantastic perk. our stay at this amaze-balls apartment was a truly fabulous experience.
